The best of Carmel shopping and restaurants, Carmel Valley vineyards, the Big Sur, Cannery Row, and golf, tennis and dining throughout the glorious Monterey Peninsula are all within nearby reach.

The house is open concept, airy and cheerful with beamed ceilings, French-oak floors and skylights. Large windows offer glorious views from every room, while double doors in the living and family rooms and the master bedroom open to meticulously landscaped flower and succulent gardens and patios. Three spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, have ultra-comfortable new beds and big, smart, flat-screen TVs with cable. New appliances in the large cooks-delight kitchen – which looks out on the Santa Lucia Mountains — will cater to the gourmet in you. An eat-at island connects to a dining area with seating for six and a garden view through bay windows.

A giant flat-screen TV and electric, multi-light fireplace are centered in the family room, and the living room glows warmly from a ceramic-log fireplace.

The fastest in Internet speeds cover the entire house, assuring high-quality TV hook-up of Apple TV, Fire Stick, Roku, and other streaming devices. There is a laundry area, also with new appliances, and a half bath.

As the sun sets, it’s time for toasts and barbecue grilling and dining on the rear patio, followed by S’Mores over the fire pit on the front patio and pulling out of the large two-car garage to catch a local concert just minutes away.

Your hosts have provided the services of Carmel Coast Estate, Inc a locally owned and operated full service Real Estate and Property Management company. Your Property Managers are available by cellular phone, text messaging and email during your visit.

County of Monterey Transient Occupancy Registration Certificate # 001712

Monterey County Ordnance requires we collect Transient Occupancy Tax equal to 10.5% of rent. Some Vacation Rental websites do not support collection of T.O.T. In those cases, the Tax must be paid directly to Property Manager prior to or upon arrival for all Rentals shorter than 30 Days.

In order to maintain proper security for owners, guests and contractors, the exterior of this property has electronic surveillance equipment and the property owners may conduct monitoring and surveillance activities.

The deployment of electronic surveillance is limited to locations that do not violate the reasonable expectations
of privacy. Electronic surveillance shall not be implemented in situations where confidential or sensitive
information is likely to be recorded and distinguishable. Electronic surveillance shall not be installed inside
the home; however, doors to the exterior may be covered by electronic surveillance.

Monthly rental rates are discounted to reflect that guests booking reservations of more than 28 days are required to pay Gas, Electric and Water Utilities in addition to the quoted rental rate.

The village of Carmel-by-the-Sea charms visitors with forested streets and the old English inspired architecture of Hugh Comstock that looks as if it would be at home in the pages of a Fairy Tale. Carmel City Beach is famous for its beautiful white-sand, dog-friendly beach and surfing. The performing arts are alive and well, with concerts and plays at the Golden Bough Theatre, Sunset Center and outdoor Forest Theatre. Dare we mention the hundreds of shops, art galleries and restaurants? The historic Carmel Mission offers daily tours. Point Lobos State Park, offers miles of hiking trails. Spent four nights with my family at this lovely newly renovated home. Really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and the lovely kitchen. There was a problem with the refrigerator but Joseph took care of the problem right away. Marco was a wonderful host.

Starting from the Property Manager Marcos who was gracious, helpful, accommodating and more, to the amazing kitchen, and then the great location in Carmel and being able to go anywhere without for the most part using Hwy 1, this home was prefect and we will definitely try and stay there again the future.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Impeccably clean, beautiful, spacious, great neighborhood and location. The only thing that would make it even better would be a hot tub to relax in after a day at the beach! All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property and plan to return again.

After we booked, we were connected with Marco. He was very helpful and gave us every detail of the property and the surrounding area. Everyone in our family had their own space (and their own bathroom) during our stay and that was fantastic. The house was amazingly clean, was well stocked with cookware, plates and silverware and a bottle of wine and chocolates were left for us when we arrived. One of our favorite family activities was sitting by the fire in the evening. We can't wait to return.

Great House for a Carmel Getaway

Had a recent 4th of July trip down to Carmel with another family and found this gem in Carmel just outside of downtown. The house was immaculate and set up perfect if you have multiple families staying together. It was a very quick drive into downtown and easy access to pebble beach golf course. Our host made the whole process very easy and hassle free. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

We arrived on Friday, check in and instructions very easy. Beautiful home, completely furnished, and each bedroom had it's own bath. Sat outside both nights of our stay, very comfortable temperature, and very quiet. Convenient location. About a 15 minute drive to Carmel Village and several wineries, and close to downtown Carmel home to many delicious restaurants.

This property is as beautiful as the pictures make it to lock. But it is also really well equipped. Are usually carry with me a box that I used when we stay in vacation homes but it was not necessary this time. And the house is immaculate.
