Ocean Breeze is a newly constructed, 2200 square foot, three (3) bedroom, three (3) bath fully furnished home, located across from Asilomar State Beach on Pacific Grove's world renown Sunset Drive.
Guests entering the front door walk into the open living space with a wall of floor to ceiling windows revealing majestic views of the beach and Pacific Ocean.
The living room offers amazing ocean views and has ample, comfortable seating for six (6) people, plus a flat screen, smart TV for entertainment.
Ocean Breeze's open floor plan features a see-through gas fireplace providing a warm, cozy fire to the living room, dining room and kitchen.
The adjoining dining area seats up to eight (8) people and also offers our guests ocean views for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so while dining you may enjoy the views as well as the sound of waves meeting the shore.
The fully equipped " Chefs Kitchen" is a cooks dream featuring a state of the art gas range, convection oven, large refrigerator, plenty of counter space and an island that may seat three (3) more people.
Ocean Breezes' living room has sliding doors, allowing guests to venture out onto a spacious deck, that runs the full width of the house. The deck offers ample seating and even has a large table where guests might enjoy outdoor dining.
Heading down the hall way toward the back of the house, you will find a large laundry room with a new washing machine and dryer.
Further down the hallway are three (3) spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom has offers guests a new King bed, flat screen Television, en suite bath and ample closet space.
Bedroom two offers two twin beds a flat screen TV, en suite bath and plenty of closet space.
Up a few stairs, bedroom three offers a comfortable queen bed, flat screen TV, large closet and en suite bath as well.
Ocean Breeze also provides guest with a two (2) car garage and ample parking on the long driveway.

We clean our homes with hospital grade, environmentally friendly, pet & child safe cleaning solutions. Our primary cleaning agent kills 99.99% of all pathogens known to man. As a Sanitizer, it kills 99.99% of common bacteria, As a Virucide it kills 99.99% of viruses, ranging from Herpes Simplex Virus Type 2, Influenza A2, CV1 through 19, Ebola, HBV and HIV-1, Hepatitis C.
Monthly rental rates are discounted to reflect that guests booking reservations of more than 28 days are required to pay Gas, Electric and Water Utilities in addition to the quoted rental rate.
