Art & Sounds main floor provide the other four bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a double bed. The second bed room has a queen bed. The furthest bedroom has a King bed , while the final bedroom doubles as an office, with a folding couch that turns into king bed.
The garage has a rubber floor and will hold one additional car. There is room for approximately six to eight cars on the properties driveway and parking pad.

We were in town for a wedding and had a large party. The space was a perfect place for us to get ready and conversely enjoy the calmness that Carmel has to offer. It's right by the main road as well as downtown Carmel. At night there was sufficient space for friends to come and hang. It was a great time and we would stay here again. Book this spot and you won't regret it! Thank you to our great hosts and their team.
This is a large, mostly single level home- the bedrooms have lots of privacy and are real bedrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely- although there are no sidewalks you can still have a fun walk. It's just off Ocean Ave and Highway 1, so it's easy to get to everything. I took my dog to run off leash on the amazing beach at the foot of Ocean Ave early every morning and met nice dogs and their owners (no issues with parking at the beach). The backyard is large, well-maintained, and totally fenced off. Plenty of cooking equipment and dishes, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, really nice layout in the house for socializing, lots of parking on-property.
Very clean, well stocked, in a beautiful neighborhood, and close to downtown. The heated floors are super cozy. The backyard is not only serene, but it is also completely fenced in if you are bringing your dog along. Appreciated the quick and easy communication with the host as well as the thoughtful welcome upon arrival.
