First of all, the house is gorgeous -- I'm not sure the pictures do it justice.


And immaculately clean; you could eat off the floors. Not many renters have stayed there yet so everything was brand spanking new. Stylish and comfy furniture. Kitchen is incredibly well stocked with every appliance known to man and new pots/pans, etc. The primary bedroom is HUGE and has a lovely view of the water. Great fireplace and tv in that room as well.
We did have a few hiccups during our stay which I'll chalk up to this being a relatively new rental. But the property manager was available to us and even dropped off an iron first thing in the morning so we could get ready for the event we were attending.
My group and I loved staying here and we would definitely rent the house again!

Marco is the property manager of this home. Although busy, he is excellent at staying on top of things and communicative. 


Check in was easy & convenient. The home itself is extremely gorgeous. A custom build that is as luxurious & spacious as it is homey & quaint. With fairly small secondary bedrooms, the real highlight is the living room, kitchen & outdoor space. We spent Christmas here & it had all the necessities to cook a proper holiday meal. So much infant/kid stuff, it made traveling with a one year old extremely easy. From bath toys to meal essentials, childcare seemed to be a priority which was very much appreciated. The primary bedroom has two balconies that have an amazing view of the coast. This was a great home base for Point Lobos hiking. Safeway is just a few minutes drive along with restaurants and other shops. It’s a splurge for sure, but a splurge that gives you your money’s worth. I highly recommend and would love to come back.

This is a clean and beautiful home with lots of outdoor space and luxury furnishings.


Very kids-friendly with toys available. Check-in was difficult but I believe this was a one-off problem, not a pattern. The property manager was also very responsive... when we couldn't get the microwave to work, they brought a new one and installed it within 2 hours!
