Carmel Coast Estate Inc. is a comprehensive Real Estate and Property Management company located in Carmel, California. Founded by CEO MaryJane Caputo-Walters (BRE 01438868), we specialize in Long & Short Term Property Management and have extensive knowledge of the Carmel, Carmel Valley, Monterey, and Pacific Grove Real Estate markets. MaryJane takes charge of Marketing, Client Relations, and Guest Relations for Coast Estate Real Property Management, Inc.

MaryJane Sennish


Mary Jane studied Business and Political Science in college. She co-founded a Mortgage Company and worked as Director of Sales & Marketing at the Hyatt's Carmel Highlands Inn. She also served as Operations Director at a premier Pacific Grove Property Management company. In that role, she supervised a support staff responsible for reservations, check-ins, check-outs, cleaning, maintenance, guest experience, and client relationships.

Joseph Sennish


Co-founder and CIO-CFO, Joseph Sennish oversees Finance & Accounting, Information Technology, Maintenance Services & Vendor Relations for Carmel Coast Estate, Inc.


Joseph started his career in Monterey, California after six years in the U.S. Army. He worked in financial services for twenty years before starting his own consulting company. For twelve years, he helped clients with IT, financial analysis, planning, and workflow processes. Eventually, he partnered with MaryJane to establish Carmel Coast Estate, Inc.

Your hosts have provided the services of Coast Estate Real Property Management, Inc., a locally owned and operated company. Your Property Managers are available by cellular phone, text messaging and email during your visit. We offer concierge service and can fill pantry and fridge prior to arrival, schedule spa, golf, car anything you need. Rate depends on your needs.
